I’m currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Sports Science and Rehabilitation. This education directly integrates into my work to ensures that my services maintain credibility and are consistantly effective.

Because of the demands of my studies, I’m only able to take on a limited number of clients at any given time. This isn’t just about managing my schedule — it’s about making sure I can show up fully for each person I work with. I strongly believe in offering thoughtful, attentive, and consistent support, and I won’t take on more than I can handle with integrity.
